We offer services to care for your pets (cats, birds, fish, turtles), and services to care for your house, while you are away. At Saddlebrooke Ranch only, we also offer limited dog sitting services (please contact us to find out more details).
Pet Services
Daily Visit: from 15-30 minutes per visit
- Feeding, brushing, and playing with your cat in a familiar surrounding: your home.
- Providing fresh food and water to maintain your cat's regular diet.
- Cleaning the litter box at each visit and changing the litter according to your preferred schedule.
- Feeding and watering pet birds, fish, and turtles.
- Watering house plants as needed.
- Bringing in newspapers, mail, and tube flyers.
House Watching Services
Vacation/Snowbird: A once-a-week house check (or every 2 weeks). We will water plants, check your home inside and out, run faucets/flush toilets, pick up trash outside, and anything else to make your travels more carefree.
Quick Check: Some of our customers prefer that we make a quick check of their home the day after they leave on vacation, rather than waiting a week to start our regular Vacation/Snowbird visits.
Storm Check: No later than 24 hours after a damaging storm, we will check your home for downed trees, garbage accumulation, or other damage.
Special Services: Such as accepting deliveries or meeting repair or maintenance companies (pest, landscape). To be negotiated.

Notes
Initial Interview: For new pet and house watching clients, we will conduct an initial interview with you at a conveniently scheduled time, at no charge.
Please call your cat or house sitter when you arrive back home. If you arrive too late to call and have email service, you may send your sitter an email that evening instead of calling.
Cat Owners: We do require at least one visit every 24 hours. We will make a maximum of 2 visits a day, unless your pet is ill and needs special attention and/or medications. For your pet's well-being and our peace of mind, we do not accept outdoor cats.
